South of I-10, west of Katy
Young oaks, new yards and Gulf Coast storms. Tree King trims, shapes and removes trees in Jordan Ranch and the neighborhoods around it.
Jordan Ranch is a newer community south of I-10 between Brookshire, Fulshear and Katy. Most of its trees were planted when the homes were built, which means they are young, fast-growing and at the stage where the right care makes the biggest difference.
Tree King is based a few miles north in Pattison, just across I-10. We handle trimming, removals, stump grinding and tree health work for Jordan Ranch homeowners, and we give an upfront price on site before any work starts.

Crown cleaning, thinning and clearance for big live oaks.
Dead and hazardous trees removed safely, crane when needed.
Oak wilt, hypoxylon, chlorosis and root stress.
Deep root feeding and trunk injection.
Clean up after removals.
Fallen trees and hangers after severe weather.
Structural pruning. Builder-planted live oaks often grow two or three competing trunks and low limbs over the sidewalk or driveway. A few good cuts in the first ten years give you a strong tree and save much bigger cuts later.
Planting problems. Trees set too deep, stakes and straps left on too long, and mulch piled against the trunk are the most common reasons a young tree struggles. We can usually correct these in one visit.
Clay soil and irrigation. The heavy soil out here holds water. Yellow leaves and thin growth are often from too much water, not too little. We look at the soil and roots before recommending fertilizer or anything else.
Storm damage. Young trees with full crowns catch a lot of wind. We stand trees back up when they can be saved, and remove and grind the stump when they cannot.
Along with Jordan Ranch we work in the communities around it on the south side of I-10, including Tamarron West and Firethorne, plus Brookshire, Fulshear and Katy.
